A waltz with a bright, lovely melody reminiscent of a merry-go-round
I wrote this piece inspired by a small, cute, and kind female student I met at an academy while preparing for college entrance exams again. We remained close friends even after entering university, but sadly, she passed away at a young age. I included this track on the album to preserve the smiles from the days we shared and to honor her memory.

Hello. Beautiful piece, you achieve a nice harmonic and melodic development. There are good changes in dynamic density. There are some passages where the interpretation becomes a bit blurry, I think the sustain pedal is not used quite well.

Overall a nice track. What I like most is the sound of the piano – it still sounds natural. The production quality is good, and the playing technique – in my ears – is also good. A beautiful waltz, well done!

It’s a great piece. As a suggestion, I’d love to hear a bit more emphasis on the left-right panning of the wind instruments. Still, it’s an excellent track! You might also try adding a little more reverb.

I really like the violin rhythm, and the overall atmosphere of the piece is wonderful. Honestly, I think it would fit perfectly in a movie or drama.

A closer look at the score
In 3/4 with Moderato, bass notes and chords in the left hand support the waltz’s three beats. Triplets and paired notes in the right hand change the melody’s rhythm and density in the middle. Crescendo, mf and f expand the expression before dim., rit. and pp bring the motion to a quiet close.
